We cold-process soapers have to look a few months ahead, because our bars take four solid weeks to fully cure and be ready to ship. So, I’m pouring holiday and winter themed soaps.
Yesterday, I poured a holiday soap that I really like! I call it Candy Cane soap.
I was going for that “old fashioned Christmas” feeling — the more maroon reds and subtler greens. Of course the essential oil scent had to be Peppermint/Lavender, a fan favorite in our shop.
This is a picture of the entire slab, before I cut it. Below are the cuts that resulted in 12 delicious bars.
These will be cured and ready for ordering on November 1.
